Think Wicked, mixed with The Chosen final season and Good Omens surprises.

Leaving the Broadway theatre after seeing WICKED, I conceived that there must be an - - ANGELIC. It was not an immaculate conception, however. It was years later before pen and paper came together. My father after reading an early draft, said “it was pure heresy” … THAT’S when I knew I was on to something!

ANGELIC showcases a unique point of view on a mostly familiar story. It’s wholesome entertainment – which is in demand today. Audiences who liked Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, TV’s Good Omens – or even the movie It’s A Wonderful Life will enjoy ANGELIC.
John E. Coates shares a musing inspired by the lyrics and setting created by Nick Hafner. Did I Mention Dementia is a ballad ode to the once powerful Gabriel. NOTE: This song did not make the cut. Great song though!
The somewhat comical Mercy and Mild choir angels do their best to explain the 6 dimensions of the universe - and stay out of rehearsals!
The question is if God is all powerful, why does he/she not put things back to the way they should be? A popular question from ANGELIC the musical. This is the opening dance number of ACT 2.
This is ANGELIC's tribute to the angel Gabriel - who has dementia. Alex introduces the new angel Arthur to the hero of angels - who "was" the best of the best. NOTE: This song has been "cut" from the musical..
